2025: On Maria Grazia Chiuri Masterpiece Exit from Dior and Chanel from Riches to Rags aka Building on Ruins, a Special Snapshot of the Masterclass
And Tips for Talents and a Special Iconic Newsletter!
Dear DeLuxers,
This week was quick and intense between new and ongoing projects (I am fully booked for the rest of the year!), upcoming university courses (same!), lots of news I love and a stealth new collaboration in the USA, kind and supportive and smart colleagues becoming partners in crime, an unforgettable call with one of the most powerful Hollywood agents who I know since many years and we love each other very much (you know who you are), a Veneziana brioche at Cucchi with a great product director, a downpour in Milan and a very sunny weekend between horses, hounds and the beach in my simple world and the super news that another splendid professional and friend will move half time to Versilia (you know who you are, too). And our Masterclass! Such a great time.
How can everything be so easy? It’s not. It’s challenging and sometimes very difficult, especially if you want and have to be True to Yourself, first and foremost. But we are surrounded by great examples as we will see in the newsletter.
I started our two hours intense conversation and masterclass on Friday with a quote I love to highlight:
“When danger reared its ugly head,
He bravely turned his tail and fled.”
― Graham Chapman, Monty Python and the Holy Grail (Book)
